Strawberry Eau de Vie - we handpick the best ripe and aromatic fruits and turn them into juice. We then add a classic French wine yeast that ferment the wine slowly, so no volatile alcohols are produces and the natural aroma and flavors of the strawberries are preserved. It takes between 21 and 28 days for the fermentation to be complete, after which the fragrant wine is distilled through a four plate copper column that gives this fragrant Eau de Vie its unique fruit taste.
